Tom DiGiovanni is a finance executive, entrepreneur, and licensed CPA with more than 35 years of experience building financial infrastructure, forming capital structures, and leading operations at mission-driven companies across clean technology, circular economy, and regulated industries. He has operated across the full arc of the business lifecycle — from founding and scaling early-stage ventures to serving as Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded enterprises — consistently at the intersection of private capital and public purpose.  His career spans executive finance and leadership roles in clean energy, critical minerals and resource recovery, sustainable development, and regulated industries with complex policy environments. He has raised equity and structured venture debt at venture-backed startups, managed finance functions across multi-entity public companies, administered over $1 billion in complex public finance structures at a quasi-governmental economic development authority, and lobbied at the state and federal level on energy and banking policy. Earlier in his career, he helped take companies from pre-revenue to $125 million or more in annual revenue and was twice recognized alongside Inc. magazine's 500 fastest-growing companies in the United States.

Tom holds active CPA licenses in California and Washington, is a member of the AICPA, CalCPA, and WSCPA, and began his career at Ernst & Young auditing Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and financial institutions. He has served on advisory boards in finance and economic development and has been recognized as a finalist for the Atlanta Business Chronicle's CFO of the Year Award.
